Comparative estimation of morphological changes and the metabolic status of lungs at experimental influence of natural gas

Results of research of structures of a tissue of lungs and metabolism in respiratory system of laboratory animals at various stages of chronic influence of natural gas of the Astrakhan deposit in the concentration which are not exceeding maximum permissible are presented. Results of research have shown that chronic inhalation of natural gas, first of all, is shown by metabolic shifts in a pulmonary tissue and the bloods resulting further to proof structural changes. Morphological implications of the initial stage of chronic influence of natural gas in structures of a pulmonary tissue reflect functional character of the changes expressed by intensifying of cellular infiltration, rising of permeability of a vascular bed, a mucosal hyperplasia. Arising disturbance of metabolic balance weakens resistance of an organism to damaging action of natural gas and leads to destruction of an elastic skeleton of lungs, deformation of bronchuses, change of lightness of the pulmonary tissue, a progressing proliferation of a connecting tissue, reorganisation of a microcirculatory bed.
