Comparative estimate of antitumoral efficiency antioxidant complex AK and 5-fluorouracil in an adenocarcinoma of a stomac

The proliferative activity of an adenocarcinoma of a stomach was studied at application antioxidant complex AK and 5fluorouracil. Antioxidant complex AK authentically slashes inclusion of a 3H-thymidine in DNA of malignant cells with 41,76 ± 6,24 up to 21,22 ± 5,13 %. For 41,67 % patients with gastric cancer lowering inclusion of a label of a 3H-thymidine more than in 3 times was marked. At application 5-fluorouracil lowering of inclusion of a 3H-thymidine in DNA of an adenocarcinoma of a stomach is placed only for 40 % patients. Application of treatment of patients with gastric cancer using adjuvant therapy by the complex AK to increase 5-year survival from 31,86% to 45,79 % compared with surgical treatment.
