Comparative assessment of the physical growth and development of preschool children attending pre-school educational institutions with different occupancy rate of groups

Comparative assessment of the physical growth and development of preschool children attending groups of different occupancy rate: 20 and 30 children per group was carried out. It was established that children of high occupancy rate groups had more frequent physical growth and development disorders - weight deficit, low annual weight growth, retardation of physiologic growth according to developmental norm, thoracic development dyspoiesis, body build disbalance, biological adulthood slowdown. Positive relation of physical disorders of the children and the occupancy rate of the groups of pre-school educational institution was found. Risk ratio of the delay of physical growth norms for the children from overcrowded groups is 1.5-2.2 times higher in comparison to their agemates from groups consisting of 20 persons.
