Comparative theseographic evaluation of biological fluidsat the intoxication of animals with ivermectin and pharmacological correction in experimental conditions

Thesiographic research of biological liquids plays an important role in diagnostics of various pathological states. The purpose of the study was to conduct a comparative thesiographic evaluation of urine and blood serum of laboratory animals in acute intoxication with ivermectin and pharmacological correction. Experimental study was conducted on 30 not purebred mature white rats with the body weight of 260±20 g divided in two experimental and one control groups. To simulate acute intoxication, ivermectin-containing drug Baymek® was used, which was administered subcutaneously at a dose of 40 mg/kg for the active substance. For pharmacological correction of unwanted effects immunomodulatory drug Isoxepac, enterosorbents VP and loop diuretic Lasix were used. Preparation and microscopy of drugs from urine and serum, which were the research objects, carried out according to comparative thesiography method.
