Comparative legal analysis of the trust management of shares in the authorized capital of a limited liability company under the legislation of certain CIS countries and Russia

This article presents a comparative analysis of the legal regulation of the trust management of shares of commercial corporate organizations in Russia and certain CIS countries (Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan). It is noted that the legislation in this part largely coincides due to the fact that the previously mentioned countries were part of the USSR and have common legal roots. It is established that the Russian legislation on the trust management of LLC shares can be called relatively complete in comparison with other CIS countries. It is revealed that some legislators are making changes on the issue of regulating the trust management of shares of commercial corporate organizations, whose experience can be taken into account when making changes to domestic legislation.
