Comparative legal analysis of investments and investment activities in the Eurasian Economic Union

The EAEU member states should create a favorable investment climate, implement uniform rules of legal regulation of entrepreneurship, and ensure the implementation of innovative projects through investment. The author analyzes the legislation of such countries as Kazakhstan, Belarus, Russia, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan. The author also examines the norms of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union, which defines the legal basis for investments in the member states.
