Comparative legal analysis of competitive proceedings on the example of Russia and France

This article discusses the procedure of bankruptcy proceedings on the example of the Russian Federation and France. The author analyzes the features of this procedure in both these states and concludes about the social orientation of French legal regulation, which manifests itself in the idea of protecting the infrastructure of the debtor's enterprise, as well as preserving people's jobs by curtailing creditors' rights.
