Comparative legal analysis of organizational and tactical features of presentation for identification in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Nicaragua

Based on the comparative legal method, the article analyzes the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Nicaragua regarding the conditions, procedure and legal grounds for the conducting such an investigative action as presentation for identification.
