Comparative legal analysis of conciliation in the civil process of Russia and the PRC

The article analyzes the legislative models of conciliation procedures implemented in the civil proceedings of the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China. It is noted that the implementation of conciliatory procedures in the People's Republic of China has a long history and is characterized by the presence of traditional elements formed under the influence of Confucian teachings. We have revealed the basic principles of implementing conciliation procedures. In conclusion, attention is drawn to the possibility of using the positive legal experience of the People's Republic of China in domestic civil proceedings when implementing modern law enforcement procedures for resolving disputes.
