The recombinant colicin E2 (RecColE2) comparative effect on some cellular immunity factors in calf adenovirosis was studied. The RecColE2 and bovine recombinant interferon (RecIFb) stopped the symptoms of the disease after 10 days of therapy was found. When using RecColE2 on the tenth day in the blood of calves, the indicators of the number of interleukins IL-1α, IL-4, defensin DEFß2 and the marker of membrane proteins CD282 were found to decrease to a physiological level.
