The recombinant bovine interferon and recombinant colicin E2 comparative study of in the blood cell markers in lactating cows with reactive arthritis was held. The increase of the quantity of surfactant protein A, matrix metalloproteinases, reactive protein C, interferon beta and interleukin-6 it in the blood of animals with reactive arthritis was installed. We have detected reduce of markers data and an increase in phagocytic index after 20 days cows treatment were using recombinant medicinal prodacts. Recombinant colicin E2 inhibited metalloproteinase 3 and interleukin-6 more significantly than bovine interferon.
