Comparative research of preschool education abroad (on the example of Israel)

The article presents an analysis of the experience of the development of preschool education in the State of Israel, in which the education and upbringing of preschool children is public and universal. The learning process in preschool educational institutions is organized on the basis of educational programs, in the development of which all interested participants in educational relations participate, including management structures of various levels, as well as community representatives and parents.
