Comparative analysis of digital inequality on the example of functioning of regional and central television

This article considers the problem of digital divide faced by the representatives of the Media. As well as a comparison of the work of Central and regional television, for example, the First channel and TV company «Konakovsky wave». The author conducted detailed analysis of the broadcasting of Tver television. On the basis of this study it can be concluded that the problem of digital divide can be met only through additional financing of founders and the state's influence on the work of the media.
