The article is devoted to the analysis of digital services of the hospitality industry. Digital services of the hotel industry are analyzed, digital platforms are compared by functional indicators, the disadvantages and advantages of each of the services are highlighted, and according to the results, a more effective one for conducting market research in St. Petersburg is selected. With its help, data on segments of accommodation facilities, by category and cost were studied both in the context of the city and in the context of districts.
