Comparative analysis of the contracting constructions of the commission and the order for the law of Russia and foreign countries

The article considers the relevance of the use of trade and intermediary agreements in foreign economic practice. As a proof of the findings, a comparative analysis of trade and intermediary agreements is made, namely, the commission agreement and instructions under the legislation of Russia and foreign countries. In addition, the article reflects the main similarities and differences in the legislative regulation of these contractual designs on the example of Russia, Germany and Switzerland.
