Comparative analysis of the lobbying institute in Russia and the USA

The article presents results of the comparative analysis of the institute of lobbying in Russia and the USA. The authors conduct content analysis of six scientific articles to identify attitudes towards lobbying, the need to reduce the level of corruption in Russia and the legislative settlement of lobbying. The article identifies main reasons for the illegitimacy of the institute of lobbyism in Russia and proposes actions aimed at the development of civilized relations between groups of interests and authorities in Russia.
