Comparative analysis of investments in fixed assets and implemented investment projects in Petrozavodsk and Pskov

The article provides a comparative analysis of investments in fixed assets in Petrozavodsk city district and Pskov in 2012-2021, as well as the main investment projects implemented in these cities over the past 15 years. Based on the analysis of the main investment projects, the urban regimes that have developed in Petrozavodsk and Pskov are assessed.
