Preschool age is characterized by the active development of the motor sphere of children, which lays the foundation for the full-fledged formation of the physical and mental formation of the body. In accordance with this, it is important to understand the mechanism of human movement not only for the psychological and pedagogical sciences, but also for the purpose of implementing correctional practice. Speech disorders in preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment of the III level and with mental retardation and their connection with the motor sphere of children is the object of close attention in the theory and practice of the science of speech therapy. The relevance of the identified problem is due to an increase in the number of preschoolers with this type of disorders, since defects in the structure of speech disorder and existing motor disorders of a secondary nature negatively affect the cognitive development of preschoolers and, as a result, lead to difficulties in schooling.
