The article provides a comparative analysis of the leading developers of residential real estate in Russia in terms of the efficiency of managing current assets. As part of the study, a number of indicators were identified with which the analysis was carried out. The results of the calculation of indicators for 2016-2018 showed that recently the effectiveness of managing current assets among developers has decreased.
