Comparative analysis of the economic consequences of the global financial crisis of 2008 and the crown of the crisis of 2020

The article is devoted to the consequences of the global economic crises of 2008 and 2020. In particular, the chronology of the development of the economic crisis is described, an analysis of the consequences for the world economy is made through the calculation of growth rates. As a result, the author comes to the conclusion that the crises of 2008 and 2020 were caused by different reasons. However, their influence on a global scale spread to the entire world community in a short period of time. However, the consequences of the coronacrisis turned out to be more serious than the impact of the global financial crisis, if we focus on the calculated indicators.
