Comparative analysis of the emotional-personal sphere of the child of norm and child with a delay of mental development

The article considers the significant problem of the child’s emotional and personal sphere with mental retardation. The level of development of the emotional sphere in a child with normal development and a child with a mental retardation is studied, the results of the study are presented; analyzed and concluded based on the results of an experimental study.
