Comparative analysis of qualitative methods for evaluating the effectiveness of IT projects

A comparative multicriteria analysis of qualitative methods for evaluating the effectiveness of IT projects with the use of the analytical hierarchy process was carried out. The analysis was carried out on the basis of the following criteria: labor input; accuracy of the results; coverage of factors. To automate the calculations, our own computer program was developed.
