Comparative analysis of conflicts of managers and line staff of the bank

In this article, the author presents the results of a comparative analysis of the level of conflict, conflict resistance and communicative control of managers and line employees of the bank. On the basis of the study, it is concluded that managers have a higher level of conflict resistance. Speaking about the level of communicative control, which is one of the factors in the occurrence of conflict situations in the workplace, it is important to note that a higher level was found among line employees.
