Comparative analysis of mechanisms of formation of innovative environment of Russian regions

In the article the authors investigate mechanisms of formation of the innovative environment of regions of Russia, on the basis of comparative analysis of factors and with the use of rating estimations of social, non-governmental organizations, agencies, experts, and also information materials in the open press in the lines of legislative, informational, infrastructural, organizational support.
