Comparative analysis of corruption against measures in Russia and China

The article discusses the main directions of anti-corruption policy in Russia and China. The stages of the formation of anti-corruption policies in China over the past decade are presented. Based on the analysis, the universalism and specificity of the effectiveness of the «Chinese model» of anti-corruption, are shown. A comparative analysis of the Russian and “Chinese models” of anti-corruption can contribute to the development of anti-corruption legislation; application of the most effective anti-corruption measures in the public service; as well as creating an “atmosphere of intolerance” for corruption, strengthening civil society in Russia.
