The comparative analysis of methodological approaches to the estimation of innovatory potential of region

The article deals with the problem of estimation of innovatory potential of region, studied by many Russian researchers. The estimation justifies to reveal the condition of available resources and to determine the possibilities of innovatory activity on the definite area. The innovatory potential should reveal not only resources but give the results of resources application. It is necessary to use the system of generalizing indicators for above-mentioned purpose.
