The article highlights the advantages and problems of the mentoring system in modern Russian organizations. The analysis of the role of mentoring in the system of personnel development. The types and characteristics of mentoring models used in the practice of foreign companies, and the possibility of their application in Russian organizations are considered. It is emphasized to increase the efficiency of labor activity of young professionals, taking into account the introduction and application of modern models of mentoring in organizations.
