The article provides a comparative analysis of key information security incident management models. The main approaches and methodologies used in this area are considered, and their analysis is carried out from the point of view of efficiency, scalability and resistance to changes in the information environment. The results of the analysis suggest recommendations for the selection and adaptation of models for organizations of various types.
