Occurs in the thymus after mild traumatic brain injury to analyze specific morphological indicators of the changes that have occurred. 34 white purebred rats aged 1,3,6 months were used in the experiments. These are white non-breeding rats of both sexes weighing on average about 250-300 g. Changes in the thymus of 1, 3, 6 month old albino rats after mild traumatic brain injury differ with age. A study of lymphoid cells (thymocytes) in the thymus of 1-month-old rats 3 days after TBI revealed a decrease in the number of thymocytes (20-30%), narrowing of local vessels, and expansion of the barrier separating the cortex and nucleus. layers (15-20%), until the state of fatty metamorphosis increases (25-35%), it is clear that the shape of Hassali cells remains almost unchanged. Studies have shown that with traumatic brain injury in animals, i.e. 3 days after a mild injury in rats, some changes are observed in the structure of the thymus, i.e. Changes are also observed in the Hassali cells of the thymus.
