Comparative analysis of Ural federal district state programs' areas

In this article the comparative analysis of Ural Federal District (UFD) state programs' areas is performed on the basis of legal and regulatory framework in the field of strategic planning in Russian Federation. Special attention is given to common and distinctive features of state programs' areas in each UFD region and in comparison with areas of the federal state programs. The authors identify the priorities of socio-economic development and the presence of the federal state programs' areas in each UFD region. The authors come to the conclusion that the structure of regional state programs reflects the features and the priorities of socio-economic development in regions. The authors recommend harmonization between similar state programs in all regions of UFD and according to the federal state programs.
