Сравнительный анализ подходов к тестированию на заболевание коронавирусом COVID-19 в России и зарубежных странах

Своевременное выявление случаев заболевания является необходимым условием сдерживания эпидемии. В то же время доступные на сегодня системы лабораторной диагностики далеки от совершенства, что стало основанием для формирования принципиально различных государственных политик тестирования: от сплошного охвата всех потенциально зараженных лиц через проверку контактов каждого подтвержденного случая (Германия, Южная Корея) до использования тестов только для подтверждения диагноза в случае особенно тяжелого протекания заболевания (Великобритания, Швеция). Различия в политиках тестирования оказывают непосредственное влияние как на возможности национальных систем здравоохранения контролировать распространение вируса, так и на точность официальных данных о развитии эпидемии. Принятые нормы тестирования, в частности, могут служить объяснением межстрановых различий в летальности населения.
