A comparative analysis of dressings Gelepran with Lidocain vs Natrium chloridi 0.9% was carried out for treatment of superficial face burns. The effectiveness of injury treatment in moist environment has been shown: more comfortable conditions, antibacterial effect, reducing time for skin restoration.
