Problem and purpose. The article presents a review of theoretical positions and studies devoted to the problem of psychological sovereignty of an individual. The absence of an analysis of the generalized portrait of traumatized and deprived teenagers, as well as teenagers with the level of normal sovereignty and super-confident ones is fixed. The purpose of the article is to identify and characterize the feature of the profile of psychological sovereignty of teenage girls and boys with different levels of sovereignty. The methodology of the research is the concept of sovereignty by S.K. Nartova-Bochaver, the analysis and generalization of scientific research works of foreign and domestic scientists on the problems of psychological sovereignty of the individual. The study involved 190 adolescents, 95 boys and 95 girls at the age of 14-15, attending schools in Krasnoyarsk. For the diagnosis of psychological sovereignty, the questionnaire “Sovereignty of psychological space-2010” by S.K. Nartova-Bochaver was used. Results. The study showed that the majority of adolescents (63.5%) have normal sovereignty. The analysis of the averages and the calculation of the Mann-Whitney U-test showed significant differences in groups of boys and girls with normal sovereignty: boys have higher sovereignty of the physical body, territory, world of things, social bonds, while girls have a higher sovereignty of values. In groups of deprived adolescents, boys have higher rates of sovereignty of the physical body, while girls have higher rates of sovereignty of values. Conclusion. It is concluded that in adolescence, boys are better realized as individuals, but in terms of life-fulfillment, girls are more successful. The inability to uphold the habits of the regime is perceived by girls as a trauma, while the sovereignty of preferences and values can be considered as an opportunity to independently build their own lives. The authors note that the study is of an empirical nature, and has a potentiating interest in a little explored area.
