A comparative analysis of the development of the theory of state and law in the Chinese People's Republic and the Russian Federation

This paper introduces the characteristics and new development of jurisprudence in China and Russia. These two countries have experienced a transitional period in recent years, and their development situation is different. At present, the rule of law and the protection of human rights have become major challenges facing the world in order to balance history with reality, tradition with the future, China and Russia have different characteristics.
