Сравнительный анализ результатов хирургического и эндоваскулярного методов лечения ишемической болезни сердца

Ишемическая болезнь сердца (ИБС) является наиболее распространенной причиной смерти в странах Северной Америки и Европы. В последние десятилетия XX века аортокоронарное шунтирование (АКШ) было предпочтительным методом лечения пациентов с ИБС. В последнее десятилетие отмечается рост частоты применения эндоваскулярного лечения ИБС. Хирургические методы реваскуляризации должны быть приоритетным выбором при обширной ишемии миокарда, так как снижают ее эффективнее, чем медикаментозная терапия. Повторная операция чаще необходима пациентам, которым проводилось стентирование коронарных артерий, чем больным, которым выполняли АКШ. У пациентов, которым применяли АКШ выживаемость выше, а потребность в повторной реваскуляризации ниже по сравнению с пациентами, которым проводили стентирование коронарных артерий. Стенты с лекарственным покрытием значительно снизили уровень рестенозов по сравнению с непокрытыми металлическими стентами.
