Comparative analysis of Russian and foreign mortgage systems

The proposed article examines the essence of mortgage lending, the mechanism of functioning of mortgage lending abroad and in the Russian Federation. In the course of the study, various methods were used, including methods of description and comparison. The emphasis is made on the advantages of using mortgage lending in the world economy at the present stage of development. The features of the functioning of the mortgage lending market in the USA, the countries of the European Union and the Russian Federation are characterized.
