Comparative analysis of physical training systems for police officers in different countries

The article presents a comparative analysis of the physical training systems of police officers in different countries, with an emphasis on national characteristics, strengths and deep problems such as standardization, commercialization, bureaucracy, overload and cultural shifts. A detailed analysis of the causes of these challenges is carried out, from individual differences and staff obesity to global aging and gender stereotypes, and comprehensive solutions are proposed through hybrid models, grants, modular courses and workload rotation. Specific examples of successful practices are provided, as well as innovations such as AI monitoring, virtual reality, gamification, and neurofeedback to improve efficiency and prevent injury. Special attention is paid to cultural nuances, women's programs, international exchanges and integration with mental health, with the prospect of synthesizing best practices for the resilience of training systems in the future.
