The article is devoted to the need to change the paradigm of Russian companies in the field of personnel management and the formation of their own innovative system of efficiency interaction with the employee. The author conducts a comparative analysis of approaches in the management of personnel in Russian and foreign organizations, emphasizing the inadvisability of blind copying of someone else's experience.
