The article discusses the possibility of using standard projects for the construction of schools, as well as the complexity of their implementation. The very direction of implementing the provisions of the new law has many questions, both in the limited number of design solutions and in the impossibility of application due to the natural, climatic, socio-demographic and national characteristics of the construction area. For the repeated use of design documentation, which is contained in the unified state register of expert opinions on design documentation for capital construction projects, there are certain requirements. According to the current rules, the main requirements include compliance with the criteria for economic efficiency of reuse of design documentation. This fact must be confirmed by the received positive conclusion of the state examination of reuse and a positive conclusion on the reliability of the estimated cost of construction of a capital construction project. The authors analyzed technical and economic indicators, design and cost estimates for specific construction projects. To a greater extent, the applied estimated prices, the provisions for their application corresponding to the design years, as well as the actual construction costs were studied. The article identifies the positive and negative aspects of the standard design of capital construction projects.
