Comparative analysis of the creation and development of technopolises in Japan and Russia

In this article Japan’s experience in creating technopolises is analyzed. Methods and tools of state stimulation for technopolis’ residents are explored. The author offers recommendations on the creation and development of a chain of technopolises in Russian Federation based on Japanese state program "Technopolis".
