Comparative analysis of the tactics of investigating the sale of narcotic drugs contact and contactless (through the use of the information and telecommunication network Internet) methods

The article discusses the tactical features of the investigation of the sale of narcotic drugs by contact and non-contact methods. The features of the production of individual investigative and other procedural actions are highlighted. The differences in the preparation for the production of investigative actions in terms of the composition of the participants are presented, including the issues that need to be established for various marketing methods. By means of a comparative analysis of these methods of committing a crime, a conclusion is drawn about the evolution of the sale of narcotic drugs towards a bias towards contactless (using the information and telecommunication network of the Internet) and it is stated that a complex intersectoral interaction is needed, in the further development of approaches to the investigation of the sale of narcotic drugs in a contactless way.
