Comparative analysis of poverty in Russia and Chuvashia

This article deals with the problem of poverty - one of the most urgent problems of modern Russia. It is dealt with the basic types and categories of poverty. The author carries out a comparative analysis of poverty in Russia and Chuvashia, identifies the main factors of occurrence and the possible directions of combating this problem.
