The comparative analysis of the socioeconomic development of the Republic of Buryatia

The article presents the fulfilment analysis of the basic indicators of the social-economic development of the Republic of Buryatia for the period 2011-2014. They say that it is necessary to take into consideration, when evaluating the effectiveness of management of regional socio-economic development, changes in the region's position in the territorial-economic system. The article provides a comparison of the positions of the Republic of Buryatia over the period among the subjects of the Russian Federation in dynamics and in comparison with 2010. The analysis is based on data from the annual ratings conducted by Rating Agency ”RIA Rating”. The analysis used a group of indicators describing the economic, budgetary and social spheres, as well as integrated rating score. The conclusion is that the implementation and the achievement of programme indicators is not evidence of the advancement of the Republic in comparison with other regions.
