Comparative analysis of the life path of millennials with the generation of homelanders in modern Russian society

This article is devoted to the identification and comparison of the factors of the formation of the life path of the Millennials and the generation of homelanders. Comparative analysis of generations is given in the context of the main phases of life. It is shown that the similarity of generations causes, first of all, scientific and technological progress, in particular socialization on the Internet. The differences relate to the motivational and value sphere of representatives of generations (values of work, cognitive values, values of creativity and financially secure life).
