The article is devoted to peculiarities of application of comparative approach to the assessment of real estate for rental purposes. The basic list of pricing factors for leases. Given the conditions of comparability of potential settlements or the determination of the amount of correction with reference to the indirect indicators, and proposed a formula for calculating the maximum error of interval estimation result at a confidence level of 95%.
