Nature safety role of specially protected natural areas and the destabilizing role of poaching: conflict of nature management (on the example of the Astrakhan region)

This article deals with the main issues of the Astrakhan region's specially protected areas and the quantitative indicators of poaching infringements on biological resources, as well as their prevention. The implementation of such opposing types of nature management leads to the emergence of a conflict of nature management, which is particularly difficult due to the reasons for its occurrence, the number of participants and the ambiguous nature of its manifestation.
