Suggestiveness is considered as a text category providing the secondary texts with the ability of influencing on the emotional and value perception of the content of the source text by the addressee. There are revealed and systemized the linguistic and extralinguistic means of the implementation of the category in the texts of the media discourse presenting the secondary representation of the text content of the law discourse.
