The means of the speech expressiveness in the texts of judicial eloquence (the case of speech analysis of A. F. Kony and P. A. Astakhov)

In modern conditions we may manifest the lack of attention to the language of law on the part of lawyers and linguists. It leads to a decLine in the quality of content of speech and its judicial efficiency. This fact indicates unwillingness of a court speaker to try to understand the value of the used words. Meanwhile, a high ranking of lawyers is also determined according to the general impression of the speech cuLture (irreproachable possession of literary language, the ability to express the idea accurately, clearly, correctLy and logically) left after their performances. The ability to master the word is an obLigatory condition for a successful self expression of a court speaker. Language itself is a professional lawyer's weapon.And the cultural issues of a lawyer's speech are raised by a practical necessity and the life itself.
