Means of subjective expression in the English and Russian internet languages: experience of comparative study

The article covers different means of expressing emotions in the environment of Russian and English Internet speakers considering phonetic and orthographic standards of the Russian and English languages. The author comes to the conclusion that there is substantial similarity between the English and Russian Internet languages, which is the result of forming influence of the English Internet language on the Russian one.
