Remedies of employees' labour rights

The article considers different attitudes to definition of the terms «legal remedies» and «safeguarding methods» and differentiation between them. It studies lexical meaning of the words «method» and «means», philosophical concept of means, and the notion of legal means. The author concludes that remedy is the type of legal means. She offers her own definition of safeguarding methods. The article reveals both remedies and safeguarding methods of employees' labour rights. It also shows the interrelation between forms of legal protection and remedies.
